Yet another difficult “year”. I found no house with the marking “1921”. The only thing I stumbled upon with the year 1921 is a plaque in the Wolvendael Park, where it is stated that Uccle (Ukkel in Dutch) bought the state called “Wolvendael” in 1921.
The plaque gives one interesting piece of information: the first President of Perú, José de la Riva Agüero, got married with the Belgian princess Caroline Arnoldine Looz Corswarem in the “château” of Wolvendael in 1826. Interestingly enough in another Peruvian President, Mr Toledo, was married to a woman, Eliane Karp, who has, among other citizenships, the Belgian one.
