This year (1875) is an interesting one as it witnessed a royal birth. It is in 1875 that futur King Albert I of Belgium was born. One of the pictures in this posts shows the plaque at the building where the birth took place. The building hosts now the Belgian Court of Audit.
This posts also shows pictures of a plaques, including one of a an undertaker’s company established in 1875. I also found interesting the plaque remebering the stay in Brussels of the Albanian writer Faik Konica. After converting from Islam to catholicism, while living in France, he changed his first name to Dominic.
